1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Parole mobile application ("App") operated by Halil Çengeloğlu ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
Parole is available to all users. Players under 13 may play as anonymous guests without creating an account. Account creation requires you to be 13 or older.
3. Account
You may sign in using your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Notify us immediately at parole@parolegame.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, cheat on leaderboards, or engage in abusive behaviour.
4. Free tier and Parole Pro subscription
Parole is free to download. Free users may play 1 Daily game, up to 2 Blitz games, and accept 1 Word Clash invite per day, per language. Tapping "Play Again" after a Daily game automatically uses any remaining Blitz plays for that day.
Parole Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks unlimited Blitz games and unlimited Word Clash games. Subscription options:
- Monthly — billed every month
- Yearly — billed once per year
Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions) or Google Play account settings.
5. Billing and refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not handle payment information directly. Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the respective platform:

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play the game or manipulate scores
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or databases
- Submit false or misleading information
7. Intellectual property
All content in the App — including the name "Parole", game mechanics, design, and code — is owned by Halil Çengeloğlu or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee the accuracy of word definitions or synonyms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including loss of data, scores, or subscription entitlements caused by technical failures.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Apple App Store — additional terms
If you downloaded Parole from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- These Terms are between you and Halil Çengeloğlu only — not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App.
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligations with respect to the App.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- By downloading the App from the App Store, you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted parties list.
This App is licensed under Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA shall govern.
